No, unfortunately we do not support running multiple simultaneous predictions, as of now. However, we are working on making this possible (it's on our short/medium term roadmap)
You can do a workaround now, if you need to run two simultaneous predictions; you can open two different browser (e.g. Chrome and Firefox) and run a prediction in each of these at the same time
