1. Access the Homepage
After logging in, you’ll be directed to the Home Page of the LIFT ROI platform.
On this page, begin by selecting your organisation from the list (e.g., Demo).
The list displayed is based on the access rights assigned to your user account.
2. Select a Model
Once an organisation is selected, you’ll see a list of available models within it.
Models represent specific areas of business, such as:
Direct or Indirect Sales Models
Product-specific Models (e.g., Airline Tickets, Telecommunications, Loans)
Portfolio Models covering multiple product lines
Click on the relevant model to open its dashboard (e.g., Demo Airline).

4. Use Help Resources
Above the Feature Panel, you'll see a Need Help section.
You can:
Write to the support team if you're stuck.
Browse Search Articles for self-service support and guides.
5. Set Global Filters
1. At the top of the platform, set Global Filters that affect all the sections within the selected module.
2. You can choose:
A specific Time Period (e.g., last quarter, last year, year-to-date).
Media Groupings (e.g., enable/disable Paid Social, Paid Search).
3. These filters work similarly across modules like Predictions, Activities, and Media Insights.

6. Navigate Across Models
1. In the top-right corner, use the drop-down menu to switch between different models, such as:
Airline, Bank, Brand, Demo CPG, etc.
